  • We will train you and be present during the testing of initial patients at the time of installation. We also offer comprehensive training at our offices in Los Angles and Hyderabad, India
    (see Courses and Training).
  • After expiration of warranty, support is provided by terms of an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or another agreed upon mode.
  • We maintain a stand-by loaner unit and will ship it immediately. We also provide on-site assistance as soon as practical, dependent upon location.
  • We are available by email, fax and phone. Because our main offices are located in diametrically opposite time zones in India and USA, we are available round the clock for support. We are also planning to implement a link between your PC and our main system subject to your hospital’s policy.
  • A 24/7 support is planned as is a link between your PC and our main system subject to your hospital’s policy.
